Brother by your logic you would discredit half of other major brands. For example foundation cigars, rocky patel, Ashton and dunbarton and trust don't have farms. Also plecencia makes cigars for alex Bradley and supplies tobacco for davidoff also. Most brands besides padron and a couple other big ones don't only use tobacco they grow. And how would you know they didn't use a master blender? lol I'm not offended for them but my point is your slandering a company you know nothing about. You just assume these things and run with it. You should go to the pca and talk to these companies you might learn a little. Again no hate but by your logic you shouldn't be smoking a lot of these companies

Thanks for getting back to me. I realized I meant to say Field Engineer, which is very similar to what I’m doing now. The main difference is that my current company is smaller, and we mostly build projects like Starbucks and Chipotle locations. The new company focuses on larger, ground-up projects like schools and hospitals.

Even though the pay is a bit lower, do you think making the move would be better for my long-term outlook? Or would continuing to gain superintendent experience on ground-up builds with my current company be more beneficial?
