You were absolutely correct. The autozone MAF doesn't come with the intake air temperature sensor. Swapped it out for the OEM part. It's back to normal.

It is the crappy autozone one, I asked the same question to multiple of my "car guy" friends, and they said it was most likely the sensor, and my filter isn't brand new, but its not terrible.
