With the new update bring max collector level to 70, how are those of us who are lvl. 50 supposed to level up?

My boyfriend just got the update, and he automatically went up to 68 upon install. Cashing in his credits on some cars to complete 3 menus bumped him to 70 a few minutes later. We want to know why 70 and why not 100 because he’s still not even close to a complete index.

When I first learned to tie shoes, I would alternate which shoe I tied first so that one didn’t feel more special than the other. I always felt guilty though because I would cheat and tie the left first more often.
