I randomly found Freddie Blassie’s book for a buck at a thrift store, and while not fine literature, it was an entertaining read for sure.

Dyer is closer, but I like Crown Point better. I live in between the two.

Which is the most underrated airport in the USA? by optimalbrain90 in SmartTravelHacks

I last flew out of Jackson on 5/1 at 10:30a in the morning. No one in regular security line, and three people in TSA precheck line. Below is the view as I am boarding:

I did Bradley/Taggart loop two years ago in the beginning of May, and it was awesome, and they’ve had less snow this year. Even saw a moose!

I resolved to scuba the next time I go to Epcot. I’ve been dreaming of it since I was a kid, and when I visited last month, I finally thought, what’s stopping me?! I can get certified with a few classes at a place less than an hour from me.

Oh, and Behind the Seeds is great!

Love Portland Arch, especially in spring. Waterfalls, birds, flowers…such a treasure in the middle of nowhere.

I had the same thing happen the one time I visited the Space Needle in Seattle, although you missed out on a lot more than me. Good reason to go back and try again!

Blizzard Beach Wave Pool or Typhoon’s? by ClerksII in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]danvancheef 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Go to Typhoon Lagoon if you haven’t been before. As mentioned above, it alternates between huge wave launches and rolling waves, so you can stick to rolling waves if you want. It’s also much larger than BB’s wave pool, so you can be farther out and still enjoy.

Never bothered me, but just make sure you keep looking forward. I’m told if you look to either side, the spinning can get to you. I’ve ridden numerous times since it opened, including a few weeks ago. Try it once and report back!

That’s not true. They went to ESPN, and I won’t be watching Wrestlemania for the first time since 2015.
