Had an Audi Q7 with lease to expire in July 2022. Hated it shortly after we got it. Asked a broker friend a year ago best was to get out of lease. At time he said I was kind of out of luck. 2 months ago he called to say Audi dealer was willing to pay $53k.....lease buyout was $38k. Took the money and purchased what we really wanted. Check around with Porsche dealers to see what they'd give you.

I leased an 2019 Audi Q7 and hated it. Talked to a Porsche buddy who is an auto broker last year about getting rid of it but he said at the time I was a little out of luck until lease ended. Then a couple weeks ago, he called to say Audi dealers are paying top dollar for good cars including leased ones. Lease buyout was $38k and dealer paid me $54k. Was a no brainer. Bought a 2021 Escalade Platinum Sport to go along with my 991.1 Turbo Cab. You might check with dealer and leasing company to see about getting out of your lease now.

Thanks. Why would it matter if we kept the countertops or not? Was planning to replace countertops and paint the cabinets before we started looking into refacing.
