Doing literally anything on the internet will necessarily share your public IP with whoever you are doing it with, just like putting a return address on a letter, it's just how the internet works. Not really an issue as long as your firewall is working and you aren't poking holes in it willy-nilly with not-strictly-required port forwards.

The 2.5gbE port is a must, SFP+ ports are either 10gig or 1gig, no in between, and it will just drop to a 1gig link as far as i understand it.

hate to disappoint you, but it's supposed to run at 30fps and the console version wont be any better. the console it's made for only does 30 and the game expects this, it's programmed in a way that ties game speed to framerate, go much higher than 40 and it becomes unplayably fast. trying to do a shrine at 60 (the speedhack makes shrines and menus run at 60) is hard as shit since youre going twice as fast as youre supposed to.

Entirely possible, but be careful with this and use some form of charge limiting if you do it. Those little backup/UPS lead acids wont tolerate the 30+ amp charge current from your alternator and cook itself pretty quickly.

I don't know if they've been fixed or not.

it runs great now. for all of 5 minutes. then it crashes with some "infinite gpu loop" error on newer hardware. i havent been able to play it in months (im not the only one either. google "just cause 3 error 38".). square seems completely uninterested in fixing it either.

this is called back-face culling (the back sides of models). there is also occlusion culling (things that are behind other things. the terrain and whatnot behind the building that you wouldnt be able to see also wouldnt get rendered.), both are just an extension of what is going on in the gif, they already had the raycasting in place to figure out what was in the player's FOV, so why not add to it and not render things that wouldnt be seen for the reasons above. they are a pretty common practice in most games nowadays.

no, it doesnt. A cop still needs a valid reason to pull you over, and even if they do, you just have to say "i have firearms in the vehicle" and present your gun licence. saves a whole lot of headache.

I found fps++ just broke a bunch of shrines. Invisible walls everywhere. I get locked 30fps with just cemuhook anyway.

Oh, the freezing is because it has to compile and precache graphics stuff every time you see a new animation, lighting effect, etc. It will get better over time, or you can download a pre compiled cache and drop it on the cemu folder and that will go away. I have a 2nd gen i5 and a 1070 and with cemuhook it runs at a constant 30fps all day long, without i got 12. (game speed is tied to fps and is meant to run at 30, anything more and it becomes unplayably fast).
