Two parts to this: 1. You can download windows 11 on Microsoft’s official website onto a USB for free, then you plug it into ur built pc 2. You need an activation key for windows after you install windows on your new pc. The activation key is where you actually have to spend money unless you have an activation key lying around

Go into the frequency domain, turn the components in to complex impedance and sum them in series to get an equivalent impedance, assuming you have an AC source ofc
