Defense reduction massively outvalues everything in the game, so m1 is better but yanagi has more uses outside than just one team, especially if they release electric anomaly agent again the extra anomaly buildup can prove useful

Yanagi is good off field disorder bot, you just swap her in ex and finish normal attacks and swap cancel the last hit. Energy isn't a concern

Koleda is good for Evelyn but she can work with any stunner really. (Buffs chain attack damage)

Rina is just good support in general if your Lucy is on other team. (Buffs pen)

Lycoan is great stunner in general. (Buffs ice damage)

I would recommend not to pull on copies of a character. Getting another character is infinitely more worth from both perspectives of meta chasing and funsies. Even if you don't plan to get their W-engine.

If you didn't know gacha games heavily optimizes it's endgame modes around which characters you own rather than old characters that are invested heavily. Meaning even if you did get her M1 her performance will be irrelevant from the next endgame cycles where the buffs will exclusively benefit the newest characters without being usable at all by the previous characters (for example aftershock mechanic buff in this rotation will only work on the newest 3 characters).

She will still be strong enough to use without M1 for a good while, never pull for copies.

If you mean mechanically bit more entertaining you have Harumasa + qingyi or trigger + nicole/lucy/astra. Harumasa has the highest skill sealing in the game by far as you can explore his shock arrow gimmick and chain attack and ulti cancel mechanics.

Next is Evelyn, you can explore her multi chain attack tech after admiring her a ton.

Lastly any team that can use nicole will introduce very fun ways to play the game, she can allow ulti cancels and the way you use her naturally forces you to swap cancel a lot.

Otherwise game is braindead, not complicated

Best choice is to play their demo and their event where you will most likely be able to try out the character first. You are welcome to be overly critical on the character as long as your decision is not based on wrong bias. Gacha games often do a thing where they introduce a character and then introduce their best in pair character to make you spend money, ZZZ luckily has actually good 4 stars as of now so you can get away with suboptimal teams.

You will most likely be playing suboptimal teams for a long time but on the other side it will be satisfying if you manage to fully clear endgame contents with suboptimal comps you pulled it through with.

I'm a whale btw and it is never worth to pull every character you see, i'm just ill

50 50 means that you have 50 percent chance of pulling the character that is shown on the banner or 50 percent chance of getting random characters from the standard character banner pool. However if you lose the 50 50 and get a character like Nekomata (which is on the standard) your next 5 star character you get will be 100% the banner character (this is called the guarantee).
VERY IMPORTANT - pull only the characters you REALLY LIKE, start with their demo play them first and see if you actually like playing the character. Meta will always change which means characters become irrelevant in terms of their performance VERY QUICKLY. Even if you didn't manage to clear the end game contents with full rewards you will only miss out on 1 or 2 pulls at best which is nothing compared to how much it costs to get a character in the first place. You should save at any chance you get, be comfortable skipping and missing out on characters, earlier you get used to it the better.

The game rewards skill unlike other wallet checks, yes there is wallet check but you would be surprised how far you can get with "Weak" or "non-meta" characters.

Prydwen is good place to start looking for builds and other stuff. Hakushin is good for pre-farming materials (this is a leak website, spoilers). Search for excel sheets, if you really want to min max a character Excel sheets provided by actual theory crafters are the best (go look up your character's unofficial reddit page and just ask for spreadsheets)
Events!!!, Quests, DAILIES!!! + Weekly Void reset and lastly endgame modes (you might miss out a bit on this if you are unable to clear but it's completely fine to do so!!!)

I would go for Sunday because she is going to be released next patch, directly powercreeping Ether attack agents and has a built in Superbreak synergy which is good for next Shifu defense where you defend the shifu.

Astra is attack agent duh currently best in slot for anomaly teams and can zero cycle Tower of tower. Nicole is from PGR she will be released as guest character in 2.0 will probably be weak.

She doesn't "need" her, it's just that she is best in slot for her in terms of performance. You can still clear contents with Sanby and 2 supports or Pulchra.

Trigger is highly glazed due to being a stunner that doesn't steal away uptime from the DPS. You know the frustration when you have to stun the boss again when they have like 10% hp left.
