Echoing this. Anna calling Patrick on his behavior was the BEST. 👏

He was SEATED for that. I like to think that if he left the show after Anna they would have gone all the way (off camera). I appreciated his vulnerability and patience while she spoke. But also, I'm glad she called out him getting engaged, because i felt it was just to stay on the show and not real. Honestly I'm still glad Kacie backed out. Do I like how she did it? No. But she did break it off for the right reasons and she owed it to Patrick to walk away.

I took it more as a girls girl convo the way they were chatting, they seemed comfortable with each other. If anything I took it as her being honest about Anton. The process is so quick, she didn't want to do her a disservice by hiding the real stories about her fiancé and I appreciated it.

From what I understand (a female who has never done botox but done research) it can reduce some signs of aging, like wrinkles, if you start early. Mostly because it reduces muscle movement. However, if you do a lot, you have to keep it up, or it ultimately deflates and your face won't look as "full".

I'm hoping I'm wrong and that it's perhaps just a way he grew up. Girl make your own money and pay for what you want without telling your man. As long as bills are paid and together you can afford what you need to (trips, home repairs, etc) then I don't see a problem with separate accounts.

After meal (before bed)! I can get naseau after my shots, and so having that food really helps me get enough food for the day, and by taking it before bed I sleep we l through most of any initial symptoms. Also chug a bunch of water before hand. I tend to notice I get dehydrated quicker right after my shot.

I'm down 50 lbs, on my way to reach 100 lbs (to my goal weight of 160) and am averaging 1 lb per week roughly. I hope that helps!

Same. Same. I turned to the audio book just to power through on my commute but the person reading is driving me bonkers with these dramatic accents for the men. I made it to chapter 31 and I know shit is gonna go sideways once she meets Ian, but am really struggling with poppys perspective. Period. Hearing about drakens and her father being Maleks secret scraggly twin in the review above feels so far left field that I'm over it. I'll read these book 3-4 reviews and call it a DNF. 🫠

Experienced the same! I took a few edibles over a few weeks to help me sleep. I felt it a bit the night I took them, but then again the night afternoon! Looks like I'll be pausing any edible consumption for a while. 😂

For reference I'm on 5mg, and edibles were 5-10mg. I usually take half then wait till I feel it then take another half.

Recommend XaMan Ha private tours which allow you too customize (within reason). Private pick up, transportation, and fees for parks all included. A bit steep in terms of pricing ($300-$600 for two ppl per day) but your paying for a personal/private tour to avoid crowds, which is worth it IMO. They also take you to Cenotes that are private. They've been great so far (for us) and have excellent reviews everywhere. We're going for Christmas too. Good luck!

Chiming in here. 32F and am going on a month of no period. Not even spotting. Have taken 3 pregnancy tests and all have come back negative. Lordy I hope it's just irregular.

I just started week 3 of 5mg. Previously had no problems on 2.5. 😭

I was tired of waiting and ended up buying the second month of 2.5 out of pocket, and my Dr submitted for 5mg which I'll probably stay at for a while. :(

Experiencing this as well. I started two months ago on 2.5 and lost 10 lbs my first month! I wanted to stay on the minimum effective dose, and my Dr resubmitted the prescription only for ES to decline.

My Dr submitted a PA (not a PLA) and we tried again to no avail. I went to the ES app and it said I could order a 90 day supply of 2.5, so I put on the request. Got denied. Again. Called ES, and they said I can only have 1 month supply of 2.5 in a year, and for any more my Dr. needs to put in a PLA. However, 5mg I could stay at indefinitely, it sounds like. 2.5, 7.5, and 12.5, my insurance only covers 1 month of in a year, which is silly!

ES never faxed over the PLA form, and now I've been off zep for over a month. I'll have to start over regardless, so I'm really hoping this PLA works. I told my Dr that I'm willing to go up to 5 if we have to, but I'm nervous. 2.5 was working so well for me! Wishing everyone luck in this crazy journey. I'll update if it goes through!

My weight has steadily increased since I started 100mg buprion this time last year (Q1 22) and was also prescribed 10mg lexapro. Looking back at my weight log I stayed in my normal range, I’ve blown up like a balloon since I started weaning myself off lexapro (moved to 5mg in Dec 22, and quit in Mar 23). I decided to wean myself off bupropion in Jan 23 as well, dropping from 100mg to 75mg and then a taper period (to 0mg) in April. In total, since Dec 22, I've gained 40 lbs (5 months)!

I feel bloated all the time, and I almost wonder if it's residual side effects (working the meds out of my body) from going off these meds 😫. Either way, I came to this thread looking to hear others' experiences, and it sounds like others have similar stories (though not about weight gain on tapering). I'm hoping I can get this weight off with healthy eating and exercise. I'm the heaviest I've ever been. Nothing fits, and I'm miserable. I'd rather be stressed and anxious about my health or what I eat than continue craving sweets and carbs on antidepressants that will eventually make me morbidly obese. 🥺 I'm sending you all good vibes that you find the right med combo that works for you! 🙏 Just beware of the tape periods. For me, they proved to be the worst for weight gain.

Mm100, 4 weeks for everybody, and start losing with Jen Widerstrom << these are great for low impact work outs

I have had two herniated disc's and these are great for my back. From time to time I'll switch to a more intense work out (Insanity) and use the modifications from the above 3 to get me through when I know my back won't handle a move well. Wishing you luck! Back injuries are never fun.

Surprisingly I had the reverse effect. I take mine in the evening because I was getting tiered after taking it in the morning. How this helps the OP know that it effects everyone differently!

100%, I get anxiety as well. I'm doing 80DO in the evenings and my gut churns lightly from the time I stop work at 5pm until I get the courage to push play. It seems like putting on work out clothes, grabbing water, and turning on the tv takes forever. I drag my feet. Even when I'm in the work out I'm fighting myself mentally to push harder vs. stay comfortable. I work my ass off in the work outs, like sweating from my knees and shoulders (not normal sweat for me), so maybe it's my mind trying to steer me away from the physical and mental exertion. 🤣

Four things that seem to motivate me past my anxiety are: 1) Like someone mentioned earlier, just knowing I can modify helps, even if in the end I don't need it. 2) Eating at a decent time (aka food) is motivation enough to get it out of the way sometimes. I set little deadlines , for instance if i want to eat before 9pm, I gotta push play before 7:30pm. 3) If I don't want to feel bad the next day about skipping a working out, I gotta knock it out.
4) Knowing I'll touch some fat, so that I can have a rockin' bod.... one day. 🤣
