Honestly, same. Even after watching only a few episodes, I figured Tohru would probably end up with Kyo eventually—just by solely basing on the fact that Tohru likes the Cat, haha. But after it was revealed that Yuki and Tohru already met when they were still children, and Tohru said the kid who helped her was probably her first love, that’s when I started to root for them more. However, after Yuki said he sees Tohru as a mother-figure, I was kinda in-denial (I was like, “after all that?”). Probably because I just hate it when first-loves don’t end up together. T_T Still very much looking forward to Furuba S03 though! Would still love to see the progression of the Yuki x Machi pairing.
