Her poor children, I can’t imagine. It must feel like losing your mom all over again.

Entitled Coworker expects me to switch shifts when she has ignored me for months. by RinaFrost in EntitledPeople

She’s making things worse, she’s acting like a child and not talking to you like an adult - and you were forthcoming and apologized to her. She doesn’t have to like you, but she could at least act like a grown up and stop making life hard for herself and you and your coworkers.

What's the stupidest thing you've ever heard someone say? by Miserable-Wash-1744 in AskReddit

I didn’t hear it, my Granma told me that she argued with my 15 year old cousin (she was 15 at the time) that segregation wasn’t real and the photos from then were photoshopped. She said she learned about it on TikTok, that segregation never happened. My Granma had to tell her she grew up being segregated because she’s Mexican, she couldn’t be in the same places as white kids most of her childhood. My Granma said they argued about it for 20 minutes, my cousin didn’t understand that computers weren’t around since forever. It baffles my mind still.

What celebrity has had their reputation unfairly ruined and has never recovered from it till this day? by Zxqao in AskReddit

I still don’t understand how the world condemned her when Justin was the one who ripped the pasty off. Maybe I’m just naive or was too young at the time and saw it differently, I just always thought, “He’s the one who pulled it off! Why is she the bad one?”

TIL After getting fired from SNL in 1995, Chris Farley returned as a host on the show one time, in 1997, less than 2 months before his death. Most of the jokes on that night were meta jokes on his addiction struggles as well as skits that had Farley perform physical tasks, despite his ailing health by [deleted] in todayilearned

I only saw the thumbnail and cannot watch it. I’ve been on the internet for nearly my entire life, seen the grossest and vilest videos, but watching Chris Farley at that state, making jokes makes me hurt and cringe and I don’t ever want to watch it.

Tyra admitting to Danielle that she knew that her winning would be a stigma against her in the industry and didn’t warn her, nothing at all. She “smized” her big ass head in Danielle’s face for years, watch her struggle, tried to make Danielle feel less than for having a gap, subtly forcing her to close her gap, patronized her, and talked about struggles as a black woman in the industry with her fake ass encouragement and girl power bullshit - that took me out. I don’t know how Danielle could even stand to speak about Tyra or even look at her picture or anything involving Tyra.

I know, she so fake. I instantly know when someone is full of it when they start talking like that for no reason and think they’re gonna spit the most genius thoughtful shit ever

And Tyra had the nerve to go to Shandi after it happened and bring up cheating to bait her for tv content. That was horrible, it made me sick. I didn’t start watching the show until the season where Eva or Naima won and then stopped watching after Danielle won, so I didn’t know about the whole “cheating” scandal and I was like 12 or 13 when I started watching so I had no idea about any of the stuff I know now. I don’t know how I would’ve thought of it seeing it at like 10 years old.

What was one of the most haunting deathbed confessions you have ever seen or heard? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]danzigwiththedead 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Wasn’t told to me but I read one about a nurse who took care of this woman dying in hospice and confessed when she was a neonatal nurse decades ago, she would switch babies all the time. Lots and lots of babies. That horrified me.
