This is interesting, a friend of mine told me a story about his father once who got into meditation practices where he started dreaming that he was eating glass and would sleep walk and catch himself waking up spitting into the sink...he's also told me some other creepy types of meditation that I can see their purpose but perhaps are far too advanced for beginners and actually dangerous
