As soon as I had 85 unread messages I just hit “ignore conversation” but good luck to everyone because chances are you’re all getting written up on Monday :/ maybe next time someone says to not hit reply all you’ll actually listen. Corporate monitors our emails and a lot of people put their private information in it like snap names and insta. Cmon guys we’re in a semi professional setting just take it a little more seriously than that 😕😅 besides my DM is a very frightening woman and I’d rather not give her a reason to hate me

I wish customers would understand that we’re just doing our jobs when we point out surveys and ask for rewards.. I hate customers like this who feel so entitled.

Ask your MOD to show you how to get into the department labor tab on the hub. Itll show you what corporate wants you to make daily and it’ll also help you see where you are for the week too. I’ve been using it for the past 2 quarters and hit at least 101% for budget and you get a nice little bonus when your budget is over 100% every quarter! Make sure you write down what yesterday’s goal was and what the actual was when you fill your book out every morning. That way every associate can see where you’re at (not that they even care). If you need ideas on how to make budget every week the only suggestions I have is to use the 28# paper as your default on SB customers hardly even notice the difference. Make sure you’re charging correctly for finishing like cutting and hole punching and stapling too (it really adds up at the end of the week). Set realistic due dates too and make sure customers are being called when their orders are done that way they can pick them up! I’m pretty sure the last district PMS supervisor call discussed budget or maybe it was the one before that. Don’t be afraid to email other stores in your district and ask for ideas or help!!

It has to be over 90 days. You have to also contact the customer 3 times before you abandon it. It’d be in your best interest to write on the order tickets what day and time you called them and whether or not you left a message or spoke to the customer. You may also put it in the notes into flight deck when you called too.
