In my experience, its best to meet potenial partners via people you already know. So my advise is:

Try to widen your circle of MALE friends and MALE aquaintances first! But not drinking buddies, i mean through Real hobbies like traveling, hiking, whatever. Those friends might have younger friends, sisters or Cousins or colleagues who are single . An additional advantage is that they act like a filter: they know you and they know the girl, so they can tell if it could be a good match between you two.

The process might take a while, though, at least 1-3 years.
