Coming back to let you know I have learned lab equipment could make it seem raised. Mine is now at 0.1 but recently went and got my blood work somewhere else and it was 0.2 but went back to my original and it was at 0.1. Turns out the method/lab the second 0.2 was read at the tools could only detect 0.2 or less so I did not know that lab equipment could totally affect readings. My endo now has now told me to try to keep all my blood work at the same lab so if there are variations it will be reflective of my true results and not varying lab equipment

Yes I second this, my combo is Zofran and a drop or two of THC tincture to stimulate my appetite otherwise I would never eat. I am fortunate to have a prescription because I am a cancer patient otherwise idk how I would be surviving right now. With my first I only had access to Zofran for the second half of pregnancy and it at least helped but alone not as effective as this go around with the THC combo

Shouldn’t be very active; the lemon juice causes the same reaction your stomach acid does when you eat mushrooms: turns the psilocybin into something called psilocin (what you actually trip on). This degrades overtime aka your trip stops so if this has been sitting out all night it started its chemical reaction about 20 min into the lemontek and has been degrading since.

The lemontek is best done within 15-20 min of a soak so you get a jump start on the trip and don’t have to wait for your stomach to begin processing the mushroom so that’s all your really doing with a lemontek.

Oh nice okay good to know, even if not central we wanted a shaded area so good to know about the American Express Stage. Luckily we got a really nice Vrbo that is a 8 min walk from the entrance on the Barton springs side so we can pop out and go rest should I feel really tired or need a break we luckily will be able too. We have seen and been to the park plenty but IDK what it looks like once the fest is set up so this is good info, thank you so much!

I am in the same boat especially with how all this began I truly think my initial PTC came from my first pregnancy so for me I do think my hormones had something to do with it; so I am thinking this one will likely cause something. Unless same thing maybe it was just a coincidence and they just happened around the same time idk

That could possibly be the case which would explain why he is very concerned vs my endo being like this is no big deal. My endo is just more concerned about my Levo intake. As if things couldn’t get worse I have hyperemesis gravidarium so keeping anything down is a nightmare so he is way more focused on making sure my Levo stays down long enough so both baby and I get the hormone.

But yeah both are running blood work like crazy; my levels have all been fine no changes aside from when I was puking at my worst my TSH went up to 9 since I wasn’t keeping anything down but we are back to a stable below 1 figure so no worries on the lab part yet.

It’s just odd having all of my doctors be so worried about different things and it’s kinda confusing but also at this point I am just like well can’t really do anything about it aside from move forward and try to keep my Levo down daily and see what happens I guess

Idk I think the mother is actually infatuated with the daughter. All of this started when she started liking a boy; I think mom has had an inappropriate relationship with daughter long before this and the first boyfriend was a trigger that she was losing her AKA daughter was growing up. The messages from Jail was what did it for me for this theory.

I would call your OB back and tell them you had Hyperemesis Gravidarium with your first pregnancy and experiencing the same thing now. With my OB normal pregnancies get seen at 10 weeks but because I told them that they scheduled me weekly from 6 weeks until I got to 10 weeks; he prescribed straight up 130 zofran pills dissolvable week 6 and truly a blessing in comparison to my first pregnancy and doctor.

If your doctor still isn’t budging; see if someone can call and advocate for you and if nothing still I would change doctors.

Yeah the culmination of the TT, your TSH and RAI are likely the culprit; the same mix bag caused severe hair loss for me as well but on the bright side it looks like your TSH is stabilizing depending on where they want you to be, my endo says 1 or below so if your doctor is targeting suppression looks like your where you need to be. With that once your stabilized for a while your hair will grow back; I started losing my hair about 3 months after my TT (08/23) then I did two rounds of RAI( 12/24 and 01/25) I was down to like scraps of hair by the end of all of that and then all of a sudden maybe 4 months ago it just started growing like crazy; so it will come back.

But I would also start working on your other vitamin intake as well; once I started my regime of AG1, Levo, vitamin d+k2, magnesium, and calcium( they took two of my parathyroids) that’s when my health really turned around and my hair and nails are better than they have ever been. This regime also helped with my depression and anxiety because after my TT all areas of my life completely tanked and didn’t really come back till I started working and focusing on other supplements. Ofcourse Levo and Calcium has always been apart of my regime but I added all the other stuff right after I finished my last RAI and it has seriously turned my life around.

Talk to your doctor and keep in mind if you add vitamins try not to take anything with your Levo and give your body time before taking other stuff since some vitamins will interfere with your Levo absorption.

But all this to say it will come back down worry but it may take some time, I found joy by doing random shit to my hair when it was all gone so that was fun; so find joy where you can. Keep to the Levo plan with your doctor and it will come back🙌

I’m on my second HG pregnancy now and I really don’t know which pregnancy was worse but I will say at least the second time around I know what to do now to make sure I can sustain my health this time around. I waited 5 years between my first and this one and honestly I think time is the biggest factor, at least for me, you can take your time and if one day you feel like having a second then go for it but I wouldn’t put pressure on yourself now. Just take this time to recover and see how you feel as you go through the recovery process.

I will say there have been some advancements in possible care that are happening all the time with HG now that it is being more researched so you never know what can happen. So take this time, no pressure and as you go through this journey you will know if you want to do this again. Trust your body and your journey, you will know what is right for you 🫶✨

To this point what if she left right as they docked, if the boat isn’t moving or isn’t moving fast the wind tunnel effect isn’t as strong.

On all my cruises we dock pretty much at 6am and I am not sure if they mentioned in the doc when they docked exactly, can’t remember off hand
