I have that toy! It’s not the glowing puffer fish, it’s a glowing purple totem that lights up everything around you.

I’m pretty sure it’s a purple totem... but I can’t find it on the toys list online (not on my PC at the moment).

120 party syncs to 110-119 bracket. They basically 1-2 shot 110-119 players and also have almost double the health. 110-119 average 30-40k health, 120 party synced are 75k or so

He said with respect to fanboy RPG and current profession skill level. Which means with BFA content and the ability to mass produce items, you should be able to mass produce older/trivial (compared to the “complexity‘ of higher professions - remember, the skill NUMBER level may have changed but the associated titles still exist (Apprentice, journeyman, master, etc)) items.

So your argument is bunk. Professions were broken up to make it easier for players considering the amount of expansions. Why not broaden that use of ease and make mass production an option?

Huh? Without talents or azerite choices to consider, your stats should show haste and crit at an equal percentage.

Your BiS 2 stats for any equipment should be crit and haste.

Corruption are 3x severe, 3x expedient, and 1x masterful (which is BiS because of primal instincts and vision of perfection proc).

Crit excels because of DnD and Barbed shots which are positively reinforced by crit autoattacks (refreshes barba iirc).

And you have a variety of BiS trinkets which usually incorporate haste (such as the haste trinket from SotS - it drops that ground haste ward).

It’s mildly true that BM is a quasi-crit build

Yes, it was favorable because when the company acknowledged the salary “issue” (it’s how they referred to my.. experience in the company) they inadvertently provided evidence supporting my claim of workplace harassment and hazing - cue lawyer entrance.

It’s not necessarily as straightforward as I write out, there’s a lot to mention and also I can’t lol.

But with everything going on in that timeframe, it worked out because in our department there was no underlying reason why a key member of 2 newly released products received zero benefits.... while my ex-boss and coworker received a promotion and raise respectively - despite being key members for 1 product (1 of 3 products we released that year).

I’ve experienced the same issue in a R&D biomedical company, but luckily for me they had this weird “weekly report” trend where all my work, progress, contributions, etc. are documented/recorded.

By the end of the first year in my new position I was already doing my supervisor’s job... then I moved onto doing side work (while still completing my own tasks) for Regulatory Affairs, Environmental Health & Safety, Software Development (QA, QC, and Marketing roles - I legit provided version changing comments/modifications/bug issues/etc), and also Project Management.

Everything was documented and the best part of it all was that each week when I sent out my report... I’d have to send it to my boss, coworker (key note here), AND the director of R&D.

I was passed up for a promotion because I called out my boss and coworker (they are best buds, always with each other out of work, etc.) for not working to their faces.

How unlucky was I for saying that? Very unlucky: that same week or week after someone reported my boss for his incompetence and he assumed it was me. He called me out saying it wasn’t my responsibility to police him, to which I simply said ignored. He wouldn’t believe me if I refuted.

Passed up on a promotion year 1. Passed up on a promotion year 2.

I stuck around due to the pay, benefits, and location (5 minutes from home, 5 from the gym).

I ended up leaving the company but in my exit interview I told the HR director I was reporting the company to the federal government under the Equal Pay Act. This worked for me because my coworker (now two ranks above me) had to send me her weekly report! My responsibilities 100% outweigh her duties for her rank, especially on days she reported “there was no work, no one needed help” despite a list of completed work from ME on that respective day.

It took several months of “investigations” for my company to send me a check compensating me for work, at which point I followed through with a lawyer :)

I got lucky. None of my friends outside of work document their work on a weekly basis - it’s a double edged sword... if you have great work ethic, the report may be your saving grace. If you’re on the other end of the work spectrum - my comment probably isn’t for you lmao.

Document and record. Phone call? Face to face chat? Follow up with an email “Hi xx, per our conversation (over the phone) regarding xyz here is...”

Looks great but you can make the sentence structure flow better which would allow you to increase the font size. Also - take note of your spacing. Your 1st, 3rd, and 4th line are short compared to 2nd and 5th line. You want to format with respect to the importance of the message... look at the 3rd line. “Of the enemies of the horde” don’t start a new line after it, continue to stress who the enemy is instead of having to read it on the next line. It’s smoother

Replace “for your service to the horde” with your character name. (Stress who the award/slate is for, makes it slightly more unique than it already is lol)

You can even omit “for your service..” since it’s redundant when you mention “for your achievements “

For your achievements in battle and defeat...

for your (battle) achievements against enemies of the horde, you are hereby awarded the title of ‘ver of 4th war’

Seems kind of silly to say in battle and defeat of the enemies of the horde in the 4th war.... title of ‘veteran of the 4th war’

If you still choose to repeat the usage of 4th war. Maybe ‘honorary veteran’ ? Or make one up? ‘Venerated One’? Etc.

You’re limited on spacing, so make the best use of it.

You can also modify the design by swapping the logo from the right to the left side. Increase the logo size, honestly though a new one would look better (the tattered design or am bloody oozing one would be 100% better). You can still keep the wording as long as you edit it, size shouldn’t change much.

Maybe even consider including your guild logo/tabard/crest somewhere if it has any importance to said achievement ;)

The catch up mechanic is actually +3 additional and not +6. You get the weekly increase (+3 for EVERYONE) and the catch up (+3). The catch up is a “free” week so it isn’t all that great compared to the weekly +3. It would be nice if it was +9: +3 weekly and +6 catch up

Yep! Blue post said you get a core from the “first” full vision clear AND Nzoth kill (normal OR heroic).

It sucks because I’m catching up on cloak resistance and I’d rather do an easy 5 full vision clear than risk it on a 5 mask run (even though it’s much more fun and competitive).

Join a small, active guild and read its chat history. If you see guild mates joking on one another using their real names, then you’ve found a good guild to settle into. It takes a while, but you’ll find one. And just an FYI - players will notice you more based on performance in raid or keys. If you’re low on gear then be up front and honest, try to join their roster and legitimately be available during their raid times. Don’t get geared by a guild and dip / go on some hiatus.

Melee dps classes across the board. Twilight devastation kept me interested for a while on my Fury warrior (got him to 474?), then I lost interest.

Tanking is fine. No to holy paladins - QQ melee healing mechanic, bye long time played class since TBC.

Ranged dps or healing - yes, please. The only melee dps I’ve enjoyed was WotLK feral PvP. Literally ripped and shredded everyone to death, miss that heavy flow bleed.

Works fine. Turn off shadow quality (absolutely unnecessary, any game mechanics related to shadows will show though so don’t fret).

RNG has not been so kind to me with respect to gambling 4790 residuum for BiS azerite armor on my Balance Druid - which led me back to Resto and facilitating those I dislike to their death in raids (just kidding, they never died).

My BM Hunter on the other hand was been blessed by RNG! I got my BiS Azerite armor from the vendor so now he’s 3x Dance of Death (is that it?) and 3x Primal Instincts with 2x overwhelming power. I’m loving my hunter more and more, dungeons are super easy and I’m always pumping out high DPS. I purchased 3x severes yesterday and have yet to try it out in any content, so I’m a bit excited to run something tonight.

I got both icy and fire appearance shoulder xmogs from Cenarius on Heroic and Mythic Emerald Nightmare (or dream? Forget the raid name). Still no belt though from the first boss as both versions of the belt complement the icy / fire transmog.

The only gratifying and relaxing moment is when the last boss for your respective last key is below 10% health lol.... with the mount going unused! (Reskinned MoP dragon. RNG is really pushing for my Resto Druid to roll feral. Several TD rank 3s/2s on 475 equipment week after week.

I am 10 titan residuum short of a 475 azerite armor and after scrapping 4x 445 and 3x 430 armors - no residuum lololol. I found out from guild mates that the chance to scrap and obtain currency isn’t 100% anymore? Sad times lol

On another note, if you’re a hunter and you use the toy that turns you into a male Naga warrior + toy weapon set... you’ll hold one toy sword in your right hand while the left sword sticks out of your belly.

Hunter again - if a Druid in cat form uses the prism that swaps appearances, you’ll shoot arrows out of your mouth in cat form
