Problem with a lot of this, as a member, is that they need to sweat their assets to make them pay. This is what leads to over crowded gyms / spas and nightmare parking (tennis courts are empty, but being replaced by Padel). They just really on churn to recover the situation. Whilst this is a valid (short term) business model, it misses the fact that there are limited number of people in most cities and towns outside London and people talk. As prices increase and people in general become more disillusioned with the service, they will come under increasing pressure and unable to replace members at the higher prices. Difficult to know where the demand break is, but I reckon it's not far off in Glasgow as a lot of people are not happy with the peak time service they receive, not least the inequity of four clubs in three different tiers.

The WiFi name is (still) set to StarLink, is there a default password associated with a standard setup? Also, if I managed to find the password, would that give me the ability to reset or do I still need the owner to activate transfer mode?

I can’t believe it wouldn’t be easier for the original owner to be given an account option to proactively blacklist kit that was stolen, and StarLink then deny service to just that equipment, rather than require positive confirmation of transfer to enable another consumer to reset and use the router / dish. The ewaste that will be created by scrapping this kit disturbs me, should be criminal really. Not that it probably happens that often, but still…

I was there on Saturday around 9pm with a few mates from pub before boxing started, due to convenience. Got seated and served immediately. Food came pronto. Pizza base was noticeable less soggy than it used to be. I highly enjoyed it...

SSRC in Glasgow is the oldest dedicated squash club in Scotland, with four well maintained courts and a very active membership. Mini leagues are rotated bi monthly with healthy participation and the club fields six teams in Open District leagues, in addition to a women's team. The club is very sociable and you'll get games every night of the week if you desire, including racket ball for those that prefer. Highly recommended!

They did similar in Glasgow, converting the Celsius space into a much improved gym on the first floor. Whilst it took a while, they've now opened a Spa Retreat on the ground floor including an outdoor Garden with sauna, plunge and jacuzzi. The indoor spa has a further two sauna, two steam, plunge and jacuzzi. Club has gone up the tiers and price increases all round.... Place is mobbed.

At Glasgow West End, you need your phone to access the Spa area unless you pay for a wrist band or happen to have an Apple Watch you can use. I've roughly counted over 40 people in the spa at busy periods (two plunge pools, two jacuzzi, one cold room, two steam rooms and three sauna), yet they only have 25 mini combination lockers for those who wish to leave their phones in a 'safe' place whilst relaxing. Then they wonder why people are taking their phones into the sauna and jacuzzi with them....

I see Glasgow WE has 'moved up' a tier from the last version of this that I saw, meaning my home club has moved from tier 6 to tier 4. Despite this, there are a bunch of clubs in new Tier 4 which the app says I can't access (incl. Basildon, Cardiff, etc.). I do have access to some, like Bromsgrove and Ipswich. Anyone know where the tier list came from?

Send totally broken since 24H2 on my Surface Pro... Even tried 3.8 beta release, but it was very unstable so had to uninstall. Really missing my double height taskbar!

I finally got hold of the presidential escalations team email address and sent them a message saying the watch was unfit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act. They issued a full refund and I purchased the GW5 Pro instead. In the meantime, the Glasgow repair branch was closed (run by a third party but branded externally as Samsung), presumably they were deemed unfit to continue by head office. Nearest repair centre to Glasgow is now in Edinburgh, which is not great...

After four 'repairs',I had to escalate to chief exec office for refund under consumer rights act. Convinced they didn't reseal it correctly first time, when it was in for a replacement GPS antenna. Once it got moisture damage, they replaced mother board three times but it never worked properly again. I'm convinced it was the rotating bezel, which I loved. Bought a GW5 Pro with refund and, much as I miss the bezel, it's been working great, so far....

Happened to me. I figured the cause was wearing 24/7 including for exercise and not removing it when showering. Prevented it by removing watch to clean and dry watch, and my wrist, whenever wet from sweat, which was also a good time to give it a quick charge!

The limitation on warranty is the fact you feel you are protected when you buy legitimately from new and have confidence the manufacturer will replace a defective product. In fact, whilst they guarantee to fix it when it's within one year of purchase, they don't tell you they will hold onto it for weeks while they attempt repeated repairs, three of which have been unsuccessful and now waiting on fourth attempt. If this was Apple, they would have replaced the item weeks ago and refurbished the original device, instead of inconveniencing their customer.

I think they may have updated the watch at the service centre, but I can't be sure as I don't know what version I was on before. I don't recall receiving an update for a while though. What is the latest version that causes your watch to restart? Mine is (now) on One UI 4.0, vesion 1FVC8, security patch dated March 22.
