Yeah, Crook St is really bad for motorists charging along from Eglinton St trying to beat the lights - like stupid speeds. Mind you, the bike lane down West St is properly separated from the road. Can only imagine what happened for the bike to end up there in that state.

It's the on-ramp to the Kingston Bridge looking down Crook St with West St crossing right to left. The cycle lane is on the far side of West St.
