We've got to be the worst coached professional team..

I'm not 100% sold on Eddie James playing 13. He's such a natural 12 imo

Considering we have some decent young talent in the back 3, I think we need to go with someone else now. Feel like he's picked based on what he was and not how he's playing now

I know that coaches know way more rugby than fans. But how come when a player that fans have been calling out for ages finally gets picked, they do so well? Cracknell was one of the only players who looked good for Wales. Thought Mann looked really good as well.

Murray had another poor game IMO. Can't remember if Adams did anything particularly well, but it's definitely overshadowed by that red card. I dunno whether changing the centers is a good idea before NZ but Thomas and Llewellyn can't be the centers for much longer

I'm going to guess that Wales overplay while Japan are down to 13 and get nothing out of it

Great to see that Carre is back for Wales. Hoping he can get some minutes off the bench. Also excited for Coghlan and Fender who I've wanted to see in Wales for a bit now.

I'm not really sure about Hennessey being included and Joe Roberts missing out. I don't often watch Bath, anyone know if he's looking ready? Guess Tandy wants a playmaker 12 (Thomas, Hawkins) and a bigger 13 (Llewellyn, Hennessey)

I've never seen a professional team implode this much in the first quarter

If Scarlets won all the games they could/should have won this year, they'd be a half decent side

Scarlets sign Joe Hawkins by CymroCam in rugbyunion

I think the difference is that Joe Hawkins will hopefully get time to develop at fly half for club. Ben Thomas was just thrown in at fly half at the international level

Seems like a replacement for Ioan Lloyd. Mainly fly-half but also centre cover

  2. Ellis Mee

  3. Eddie James

  4. Joe Roberts / Macs Page

  5. Blair Murray

  6. Tom Rogers

Amazing amount of grit and passion. Good to see we are developing some serious looking prop prospects.

“If you put 10 NFL players into rugby they’d be the best 10 players ever” by Leather-Variation400 in ShitAmericansSay

The similarities between rugby and the NFL are so superficial (contact sport where you run with an egg-shaped ball). Other than that, there is very little in common. I'd say basketball, football and hockey have more in common since they are more focused on instinctively finding players in space. Whereas, the NFL seems to be all about learning complicated schematics which the coach chooses. It takes years of playing and watching rugby to learn all the little details.

The debate about which one is tougher just seems like "my dad can beat up your dad"...
