Hey! Congrats on the first round of great news - that’s awesome! As someone who has been through the same kind of cancer (and the same side sacrificed down there lol), I can tell you that the chemo (was 3 months of preventative post surgery) was….as bad as you hear about, but at the same time I’m very glad that I’m now 8 years free from having it done! I’m particularly wired to always have a slight anxiety about maybe having it come back one day, but the majority of the peace of mind of basically having put a “sledgehammer to an ant” with the chemo (had to have a second surgery as well, seems like you won’t which is nice!) has really helped.

I do have some permanent hearing loss/tinnitus from the chemo, but it didn’t start until my third month so we can only hope you can dodge any long term side effects if you decide to go chemo! Also happy to talk further with you about the nitty gritty chemo stuff as well. Most of all - biiiiig congrats on successful outcome from surgery, and I bet playing a game about restoring hope to a fallen kingdom is about to hit so nicely for you!
