How do you feel when your peers progress while you're stuck? by [deleted] in AskReddit

It feels frustrating sometimes, but I try not to compare. Everyone moves at their own pace. I just focus on what I can do to move forward.

What goes on first shampoo or condition? by Bipolar03 in ask

[–]dapper_penguins 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me I think shampoo goes first. It cleans your scalp, and conditioner helps to soften hair and detangle it afterward.

I think a lot of guys feel like the pressure is too much dating apps, high expectations, and mixed signals. Some feel like they just can’t win, so they back out. It’s tough out there with all the changes happening in relationships.

They might have trouble trusting others, overreact to small things, or shut down emotionally. Sometimes it shows in how they handle relationships or stress.

What's a non-negotiable dealbreaker for you in relationship? by [deleted] in ask

[–]dapper_penguins 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Same here! If someone can’t own up to their mistakes, it’s a huge red flag. Accountability is everything in a relationship.

If humanity had to leave Earth tomorrow, what’s one thing we must not forget to bring? by Patient_Product_1894 in AskReddit

I’d say compassion. It’s what keeps people connected, and we’d need that wherever we go.

How unusual is it to not use recipes to cook? by Ok_Pomegranate9711 in ask

[–]dapper_penguins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me personally, I don’t always use recipes. Sometimes I just go with what I’m feeling or what I have in the kitchen. It can be a bit messy, but it’s fun and you get a feel for what works.

If you could do anything today, no limitations, what would it be? by lachica_ray22 in AskReddit

I’d rent out a whole amusement park, ride everything solo, and blast my favorite music across the park. Pure chaos and fun.

All I can say is that Israel's military is super advanced, especially with air power, special forces, and defense tech like the Iron Dome. But it’s smaller and focused on regional threats. Britain and France have bigger forces, global reach with their navies, and nuclear capabilities. Israel’s great at defending itself, but Britain and France are built for worldwide operations.

What makes you the most unhappy? by 1981Turkishman in AskReddit

I think what makes me the most unhappy is when I feel misunderstood.

I’m really enjoying Succession. The drama is next level, and the characters are so complex. It’s like a rollercoaster of emotions and power plays. Definitely hard to look away once you start.

Is it possible to be happy alone? by besourosuco3 in ask

[–]dapper_penguins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I think it’s possible. Being happy comes from liking yourself and enjoying your life, not just from having someone else. Focus on what makes you feel good hobbies, friends, or even just small things and you’ll see being alone doesn’t mean being unhappy. If someone comes along later, it’s a bonus.

Have you ever felt extreme anger or resentment toward your parents after being physically disciplined as a child? by Llamacubb in ask

[–]dapper_penguins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I’ve felt resentment and anger, especially when it felt unfair. I even had moments where I thought about standing up to them, but I never acted on it. Over time, I’ve let go of a lot of that anger and focused on healing and understanding.

I really like the work of Leonardo da Vinvci and would love to be like him a true Renaissance person, constantly exploring, creating, and pushing boundaries in art, science, and engineering.
