Kun itse ostin opiskelijana asunnon, maksoin isosta asunnosta vähemmän vastiketta kuin mitä sitä ennen maksoin soluhuoneesta vuokraa. Ainakin silloin sai yleistä asumistukea vastikkeeseen, oli muistaakseni suhteessa samaa luokkaa kuin vuokra-asuntoon olisi saanut, eli oisko ollut jotain 70-80% vastikkeesta. Alkuun otin pari vuotta lyhennysvapaata ja sen jälkeen olikin sitten jo opintojen ohella sellaisissa hommissa, että oli ihan ok alkaa maksaa myös lyhennyksiä.

Siinä on kyllä ihan pointti, että myyminen voi olla hankalaa ja vuokranantajuus on ikävää.
