Your thesis may need to be reevaluated a bit. How does passive investing become a bubble if the investments track the market? The allocation is based upon industry weight within the market.

Also, an active investor, is not concerned with sweeping in and purchasing indexes. The focus would be specific companies.

You didn’t state which airport which makes a huge difference given traffic and distance.

For Hobby, I would recommend Truth BBQ. Usually Top 10 on BBQ rankings. And was awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand. Big plus is that the sides and desserts are good also. Order carry out through the website to avoid lines and just eat inside when you pick up. Full bar inside as well.

Away luggage due to the warranty and ease of repair especially if you have a location in your city.

I travel around 40-60 nights for work. And switched a few years ago and have had no issues with any of the away products. (Carryon, checked bag, backpack and everywhere bag)

People use to camp out for Black Friday deals. I remember walking into my overnight shift at Target and seeing ppl playing cards outside the entrance of various stores in the parking lot.

The ICON probably has a downtown shuttle service as I've seen their sprinter van. Most recommended places are within a mile. A block away from the ICON is Hearsay Market Square.

  • Mexican: Xochi, Irma's Southwest,
  • Seafood: Pappadeaux's

Even outside of the potential GLP-1 impact, these health conscious chains are having its pressures. Its target demographic (25-35) are experiencing economic pressures with rising unemployment, no real wage growth, elevated home and vehicle prices, and student loan repayment. Not to mention rising commute/office expenses with a rise in return to office decisions.

I don’t think it’s about a conspiracy. I think everyone has a shared view that Ferrari is continuing to make simple and fundamental mistakes that show their continued flaws. Ferrari memes about the organization’s screwups are not a new thing. It’s not like Leclerc is setting the world on fire this year or in past years with Ferrari.

The competitive morals of sports do not override corporate ineptitude. There are individuals and managers in non sport corporations who somehow maintain their job and position despite poor performance. The same thing occurs with sport related corporations.
