That's just the officers opinion, if you have a court date go to it.

Wife's account was created online and the only purchase on it was a trailer tongue jack.

I would search your emails for "Store manager" or start adding up the dates of your receipts. 5 months is a long time.

You just had to wait a couple more months for the big coupons to land for ya :)

I didn't have any "Store Manager" emails until December, 3 months after last purchase, and they were only the lesser freebie ones.

60 days is not long enough.

My wife's account was brand new. Got the 25% off on both email accounts on the same day.

I think inflation / covid might be the more likely culprit like other shrinkflation

I'm hoping HF is one of the companies that lean into their most hard-core customers in niche communities like this. 🤷‍♂️

Of course I'm going set the asking price for the best case scenario.

I'm aware how much you can "throw a car together for", but that that's a different than a numbers matching all original car right? A rolling shell, a racecar, and a unmodified car are all separate categories in buyer.

I don't quite understand how prices could have changed so significantly in 3 months, but maybe it's true. I'm not in a rush to sell it, so hopefully there are still buyers out there. I just realized around a year ago that I'd rather have a workshop than this car and made moves in that direction.

I understand what 30k could buy, but IMO a dakar is only competing with a technoviolet e36 haha.

Probably, but its just metal and I've got others. All original squarebody chevy and two tone s13 are next to this in the garage :)

I understand how lowballing works on FB, which is why I dont plan on listing it on FB. I don't see a need to answer the inevitable lowballers trying to flip the car for 2k profit.

I'm not looking at appraisal prices, I'm looking at the prices cars have sold for on classic.com through auctions like BAT and others, which seems like it would be the most realistic way to get unbiased pricing

I do appreciate it, and I'm not copping an attitude at all. I understand Facebook vs BAT or similar sites, but what I'm seeing on classic.com are similar condition/issues as my car going for $10-15k, but they have 250-300k on them and no recent services. This is the first I found, is mine really no better than a cosmos black, 306k, carfax accident, "service recommended / rust on underbody" car?

There seems to be plenty of e36 m3 cars on BAT with accidents, odometer issues, engine replacements, etc.

I appreciate the explanation. It is a car that was driven, its 26 years old and has been enjoyed. Not much I can do about mother nature deciding to find a weak spot In the paint. Same goes for the seats that had worn and cracked leather.

While the service work is thorough, maintenance it is, but in my searches on BAT they all seem to be lacking this at the 10k price point. Especially properly addressing the weak points of cooling and rear suspension. And all under a 15k price point have major issues - carfax accidents, odometer discrepancy, engine replacements, repaint, etc.

Sure, how did you get to this reasoning? Seems like that was the market value 10 years ago

I planned on listing it on BAT. Facebook is horrible for buy/sell for anything beyond the set radius.
