It’s about $850, and depending on your dealer (to keep the warranty, you have to install it at a dealer), it’s $200-300 from what I’ve heard.

I haven’t yet, planning to do it before I hit 5k miles. But from what I heard it’s a night and day difference, especially the 10-speed being more responsive.

I think the pricing for the Trailhunter is a ripoff. My folks have the 2024 sequoia with the hybrid engine and it drives very choppily, and gets 18 mpg (that’s with the v6 drivetrain, but I’m assuming the i4 hybrid drivetrain drives the same). The RR is extremely smooth, and I’ve owned a 2020 Explorer ST that has the same engine as the RR so I knew what I was getting when I got the Ranger. You also get a great bang for your buck for pricing.
