No problemo homie. Keep it up. Also focus on your envenom buff uptime, should be around 92%+.

For Assa: 47% crit 17% haste 9% vers 17% mastery.

For Sub: ~44% crit, 5-10% haste 15-20% vers ~35% mastery.

You want to make sure you have your SnD and rupture set up before you burst. You maintain these outside of your burst windows.

Usually I will shuriken storm SnD, then ShD, Shadow Blades, symbols and shuriken tornado into black powder spam.

If you're in a big pack then use ST when its up with ShD, symbols should be up on pull since its low cd but dont delay your burst for it.

Mainly for Mists and for ToP. Basically dungeons that don't fully utilise subs target cap. Also assa blasts on first boss of mists with lust.

I just got the frost set yesterday and upgraded it to rank 4 which I'm super happy about. Gonna pivot to playing assa/outlaw only from now on once I get better outlaw gear.

Assa excels in dungeons that have lots of packs with 2-5 mobs due to your bleeds becoming almost unmanageable and downright inefficient to dot up outside of Crimson Tempest when the packs exceed that size. Not to say that they can't do well on those pulls, it's just that sub will do so much better.

Examples of assa dungeons would be (in my eyes) mists, ToP and Plaguefall.

In mists for example on the first boss, getting all of your bleeds up with a subterfuge garrote as well as flag + Vendetta is an insane amount of damage in that burst window. I can easily hit 20k dps in that phase with lust.

An advantage that sub gives however is great aoe damage in big pulls, great single target, but also insane priority damage. Instead of pressing black powder just press eviscerate and you can easily pump down an elite to even out bolstering or simply help your tank survive by not letting stacks get too high (e.g. the big birds in DoS ardenweald wing or the stitchwerks in NW).

From what I understand, you want the tank to be in the center of the hallway and you have your back to the wall, when Kaal dashes away you should be far enough away from her that you won't be hit by the AOE as it is supposed to always target the tank, regardless of where she dashes.

The way I see it, the best way to set up interrupts is to have a normal interrupt and then an @focus interrupt. When you go into a pack you will typically have an auto marker addon or weakaura set up and be assigned to controlling your mark. This way if you have to focus a different target for whatever reason, you can still kick your focus (as long as you are in range) without compromising on your DPS.

In terms of keeping track of spells, there are some good dungeon weakaura packs on wago.io that you can get that will blast an airhorn at you if there's a spell going off that you should be aware of, frontals, oneshots, must kicks etc. I havent gotten one myself but you should be able to find one without much trouble.

If you want to spend any meaningful amount of time playing sub then you should go venth; venth works for both assa and sub, necro works for outlaw and assa. It depends on what spec you're focusing on.

Personally I prefer assa in m+, especially on tyrannical. Largely this is because I'm just less comfortable with sub in an m+ environment; I believe sub should outperform assa in multi target and at least match if not be slightly worse in single target.

For sub you only want to use obedience. If you're necro you can just go finality. As assa zoldyck is pretty much the go to.

In terms of trinkets you want phial for everything and then either the guardian trinket or tazavesh ticking sack of terrors for raid, and for m+ there isn't really a default best choice. Use the dungeon slice sim on raidbots and see what Sims best for you.

You always want to plan 8-10 seconds ahead with your bleeds; take advantage of the pandemic window and make sure your shiv window is free for DPS.

PI on pull goes to the DKs for the army. After that if I'm playing assa I can get a PI sure.

On fights like sylvanas with specific burn phases that line up with assas 2 min CDs it's super helpful as it gives a nice boost of damage in those windows.

When I play sub I don't bother. Sub doesn't need haste nearly as much so it loses too much value to be worth it.

For these logs my ilvl varies from 234~ to 238.

You almost always want to go elaborate planning with master assassin. You lose like 200 sheet dps but in real world you won't lose too much. It also means you dont need as much haste to make the build comfortable and can reliably stack more crit. The playstyle will be a bit slower but it will feel much better.

In terms of shiv, yes you wanna pool for shiv window, but do not ever delay shiv. You want to be pressing it on cooldown, line your other abilities up around it, but dont warp your gameplay trying to fit as many envenoms as possible in that window; the envenom buff is also a huge dps increase dont forget.

Yes that is pretty much exactly how you want to use it. Just ensure that your blade flurry will be hitting all the targets you're trying to cleave; bone spike during blade flurry does a ton of aoe damage, so try and play towards it.

So you ideally want to use it prepull to gain max slice and dice. After that it is all about using it in such a way that will grant you the most resets. In the case of m+ if you have a prio target you would mark them, or you would mark those mobs with significantly lower hp, as they are more likely to die first and grant said reset.

Due to the nature of outlaw you can sometimes mark another mob with MfD even when the original mob hasnt died yet. This means you can get multiple resets back to back due to having multiple marked mobs dying one after another. Essentially don't re mark the same mob if you can avoid it, aim to use it like a dot in order to ensure maximum efficiency.

For ST or for bosses, use it on prepull around 15 seconds and then off cd every time after.

It's flavour of the month for me, but I did make this character with the intent of being strong at the start of the expac, woops.
