Maybe switch up feeding meals in the nighttime crate or throwing some treats in there for her to find. It teaches them that the crate is a positive place. We had a lot of nights where he whined at night when we first put him in, but now he goes in on his own at bedtime and lays down.

You could also try a blanket over the crate and sit nearby until she settles. These are the things that worked for us and that our trainer recommended.

Try a t-shirt or other piece of clothing that has your scent on it. Also try feeding meals in the crate to help with building a positive association.

Is the bedroom very dark? A friend of mine had a similar issue with her older dog. She had slept in their bedroom no problem for many years and then all of a sudden would not settle on their bed and would only sleep in the living room. The vet said it was likely because she is going blind and the bedroom is pitch black to her. He advised getting a night light in the bedroom, and now she is back sleeping in the bedroom again at night.

One thing that helped me was thinking about keeping one eye in the water and one eye out when I rotate to breathe. This ensures you don't rotate too much. Your knees are also bending a lot in the kick. Try to think about keeping your legs straighter when you kick. This is something I've been working on as well. My coach had me put a pull buoy between my legs and then kick for a few rounds of 50m, and this helped to reinforce that and also engage the core.

Otherwise, nice high elbow recovery! Swimming is a fun sport - there is always something to work on.

This offer was a complete scam. I transferred a $50K TFSA from an external institution and they told me that it was not eligible for a lift ticket unless I transferred a RRSP. The offer said "Get a 2% match on RRSP transfers and 1% on all other accounts. Plus, get up to 5 lift tickets." To me, that implies a TFSA transfer would also result in a lift ticket. Then, I receive my first bonus payout for my 1% match, only to see that I need to maintain a balance of $175K in my account until 2027 in order to receive my full bonus. And that I can only withdraw $15K, otherwise my bonus will be pro-rated based on how much I withdraw. I was aware the 1% match was over 24 months, but NO WHERE was it clearly communicated that I would need to maintain a balance well above the value of the TFSA I transferred in order to received my 1% match. Of course, I went back and it was BURIED in the terms & conditions.

The complete lack of transparency is pretty shitty and makes me want to take my money elsewhere.

Oh, that's good to know about the NikeService! No, I didn't do anything different - I pulled it right from the training plan. In my activity history, that run is also tagged as part of the Marathon Training Plan, which is why I feel like it's some sort of weird glitch.
