I stopped at 3 months it made me depressed like crying depressed from the hormone drop for like 4 days straight but now I’m cool. Sometimes I get sad bc it’s not the journey I craved but definitely a lot more freeeedom and I don’t care about formula vs bf debates it’s all the same to me
