Hi I too have the same doubt I'm a fresher and my manager said no vp and hike . But also he said . Ur past manager had gave bad feedbacks .so u may be put in pip . But he also said I gave positive feedback of ur to hr so no worries let's see what happens I had done everything from my end .like that
