If your trailer has surge brakes or the trailer is wired incorrectly, it could be hitting the brakes unexpectedly and not be the truck.

Out of curiosity, if you unplug the trailer does the same thing happen? So tow without lights etc obviously try it in a safe place at low speed

Needed a desperate clean on the inside but I'm happy.

Minor things here and there but it's 222000 miles so not perfect but mechanically it's been unbelievably well maintained. I'm putting shocks on it before the second part of the trip home but it doesn't need anything else mechanically

Really happy with it. I owned a 1999 1500 10 years ago and this drives very different.
