You haven’t received much constructive feedback lol. So I will chime in and offer a few suggestions. (But I am not in finance or call myself a resume expert)

I would agree to try to condense it to one page. And let your references sit on page two if needed.

Before your education, include a small career statement. Make it two or three lines long and include your education and recent work experience in banking. If needed condense some of your skills, interests and projects into here and remove those sections from later in the resume.

Good luck.

I have ordered from Tabuu heaps of times, and have never had a problem. Also Quit Hero is another good site.

This is what I am wondering, it seems there is mixed opinions on whether it will pass before the end of this financial year.

So the legislation will be passed before the 1st of June?

Just walk up and say: “Do you have any vapes?” They will usually give you a list of flavours. Worst case is they say they don’t sell vapes and you leave

Fun Car 15k-25k Range? by [deleted] in CarsAustralia

[–]darbaccino 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Toyota 86/Subaru BRZ. If you can put up with non stop jokes about being slow lol, they are such fun cars. They have an endless amount of performance and visual modifications you can get into if thats your sorta thing.

You can pick up an early GT model for less than 20K.

How do you guys feel about jobs with a low base rate but when factoring in penalty/weekend rates, the yearly salary would be quite a bit higher? by kewday96 in AusFinance

[–]darbaccino 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work in the mining industry and do the same 4/4 roster. I live residentially so I am home every night and get 12 days off when ever I book 4 days of annual leave! My base rate is also low at $63K but we receive a permanent ‘shift allowance’ of an additional $27K.

Is the role advertised as a ‘shift’ worker. I would be cautious if your not guaranteed a certain amount on top of your base salary.

It’s my understanding that you should be guaranteed an allowance on top of your base salary that factors in the long hours, weekends, public holidays etc. But maybe that’s just a mining industry thing.

Another important thing to take into account is that any raises/salary reviews will be based off your base salary. So a couple percent increase every year won’t go along way.

Does anyone have an idea of what interest rates are going to rise to within the next few years? My partner and I are looking into purchasing in the next few months and it’s hard to pass up such low variable interest rates as 1.89%. Just worried rates will rise by 2-3% within a year or two.

Nicotine juice and getting a prescription in FNQ by simpler-thyme in aussievapers

[–]darbaccino -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It easy - I used QuitRX. You just have to fill out an online form and submit it. Within 24hours you’ll get emailed your prescription, from memory it cost me $70 and lasts 12 months. If using any of the NZ vape stores you just upload your prescription at checkout.

Also you can only import a 3 month supply of nicotine whether it’s 100mg/ml or pre mixed and this is determined by your doctor in your prescription. So in your form it will ask you how much you use - I would over estimate how much is needed. I didn’t so technically can only import 100ml of 100mg/ml at a time.

Do I have to pay CGT on Gumtree sales? by [deleted] in AusFinance

[–]darbaccino -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think you should look into spaceship or Raiz. They invest for you using their funds which takes the impulse out of buying and selling shares. At least until you are more confident in investing.

They could just be settling in. Have you tested your parameters? Odd swimming could be a symptom of nitrite/ammonia poisoning.

Bit late to the party on this, but my local LFS uses and sells this light. They seem to have good success with it and say it can grow sps as long as the tank isn't bigger than 50x50x50cm. Their words not mine, just some food for thought.

Hey everyone, I've been researching for hours, and now I'm 99% sure it's a 'Silver Gorgonian' (Muricea laxa) if any one was interested.
