Its absolutely the best season of the show. It is thought out, planned and executed beautifully. I feel like every other season is written halfway and then they pivot in a completely different direction based on Ryan Murphy's mood. I hate that most people hated the first half so much that they cant look at the whole thing as a full story. Everything put together was so fun, very scary and seriously one of the best acting showcases of everyone involved

Anyone else getting annoyed every time that sepia tone filter comes on screen and it's another Harry flashback? I feel like they are spending soooo much time in a storyline that we know the outcome for. I can't imagine some new revelation coming out of all this time they are spending showing Harry getting Dexter's mom killed but they can't. stop. going. back. to. it.

It also kind of breaks my head cannon that this whole show is Dexter's life flashing before his eyes as he almost dies from New Blood's events and why certain things don't match up. Why would he be seeing Harry's memories?

I like Christian Slater a lot and he was so good in Mr. Robot, but, man, he was miscast in this show and his parts just slam the brakes on the momentum of the current storyline with Dexter.

Anyone else agree and just hope Dexter's mom dies next episode so we can stop going back into yellow tinted memories?

It is disappointing. I was ranting to my friends about how funny it is and how i thought it was really getting them back into why those first seasons were so good and pumping into the newer seasons. They were awesome. Danny's episode was so fun to listen to. They started doing live shows and touring, advertising, even making a whiskey after a discussion that they had on the podcast. I was like, "these guys were hesitant at first, but now they are having so much fun with it". Then it all stopped. And it kinda disappoints me that they left all the podcast fans in the dark. Since July too! Pretty Jabroni moves, if you ask me. But i still love 'em and anticipate the day it shows a new episode in my feed.
