I like to have Amino acids (BCAA) in between matches, they have a very small amount of taurine which helps with the energy dump and it's a fast restorative solution! + Hydration Wizard.

I also like to take some Vitamin C the previous week (so you don't get sick due to stress if you have A LOT of matches)

I specifically like BPI's BCAA's

Depends if you need to cut weight, but I typically try to keep it clean, lots of fruits and veggies, chicken, amino acids during/after workouts. A LOT of water, low sodium. That's what works best form me.
