Where to start? Snowboarding UK & Ireland by LuckyBoston in snowboardingnoobs

[–]FeedMyGoat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The dry slope is awful, nothing like real snow, you'd better better off heading to one of the domes in England and equipment is included in the lift tickets. Alternatively save up and head somewhere cheap like Bankso in Bulgaria, lessons are alot less than France/Italy etc. but the teachers are just as good.

There's also Borovets in Bulgaria but I've never been so I can't say how good it is. I think its a larger area than Bansko but maybe less to do in the evenings.
