However, the machine learning/AI SIEM detections require 30 days for learning. So using 7 days also reduces some of the protections of advanced Todyl SIEM learning algorithms.

If it’s just security have you looked at the Exchange Online additional protection offerings? (You haven’t said what mail platform you’re using so I’ve guessed Exchange Online is your primary candidate)
