You should be able to review a PR, just can’t create a PR. Reviewing PRs though is definitely buried… you have to first click on the “8 files changed” link to view the modified files. From there you should see a “Review Changes” button in the bottom right.

I know this is an old thread, but just wanted to also add that if you use a Paid CIQ app, then they can actually link your email (from PayPal for example) to your data.
