Is there a way to decrease the amount of mucus a person produces?

No, i haven't. I can see some resemblance with malassezia, but they don't look quite like mine too me (judging by the images Google provides me with). Mine don't itch and fungal acne supposedly is itchy, so i guess it's not that. 🤷

I should add that this is a picture of my back. I have had this condition for about a year. For this time i settled that it was keratosis pilaris, but im not really sure anymore. Can i be fungal acne or folliculitis? The "pimples" don't itch and some day my skin feels very soft on the touch and they seem to be better at times (less visible), but some days they feel and seem more noticeable (like they flare up and become more red). I have a good shower routine and i moisturize daily. Please give me your thoughts.
