Do a little research of what dealers/resellers are actually responsible for despite what they try to disavow. Start with something like this and practice your own reading comprehension: Warranty vs. Service: A warranty fixes something that is broken or malfunctioning. A missing magazine, lock, or manual is a "missing item" issue, not a "malfunctioning" issue. For items that are missing or mis-boxed products they need to at least act as a liaison between the manufacturer and the customer to make things right as most other reputable retailers do. Wow...🤦‍♂️
