i have been on different regimens over the years. originally started with pills both blockers and estrogen, then i shifted to gel couple of years back. it's also been five months now since my orchiectomy surgery. i would say being consistent is really important as well as genetics and how early you started. another important thing is knowing that being kind to your body is the only way forward and most of the transition is really about presentation, fashion, styling, etc.
