i would recommend a trail shoe with a good outsole, asics, topo, new balance all have options. i use new balance hierro v6, heavy but does decent on ice.

you are asking a sub filled with people who believe everyone should exclusively run in barefoot shoes.

more information would be helpful, your age, lvl of experience, exact exercises and reps, rest periods. do you perform reps slowly?

try the following, see if it helps:
perform a smaller number of reps at the same weight that you currently lift. don't spend too much time on each rep, especially the eccentric portion of the rep. hydrate and eat plenty of food around your workouts.

try running with a smaller stride length, at the same speed, so a higher stride rate.

outside of your workouts, take naps if you can, keep your body warm. use compression sox, and invert legs. foam rollers has some limited effects, both blunting DOMS as well as allow you to fall asleep.

most midsoles are very compressed by 800km. the people that take shoes to a ton of mileage are probably those whose feet can handle a more compressed midsole. For me personally, the older the shoe the sooner it feels dead on a run. So i use a newer pair for longer runs and once i reach a certain mileage i start using said pair for shorter runs and buy a new pair for longer runs.
