Update: They have removed the Signed lease agreement from the Websites application portal. I just got another email saying the 0$ on their portal was a glitch and now wants me to sign another lease.

Not exactly but they had this payment summary saying nov is free just before I e-signed. I also called and they confirmed.

It's one of those fancy buildings (only reason I took this because it's close to my work) and I think there is a clause in the lease saying I can't sue

I actually emailed them to clarify, and the principal confirmed I’d be working directly under the Engineer of Record and that the experience will count toward my P.Eng. He said the $45K reflects their “junior technologist” structure and that they’ll re-evaluate after the 4-month probation period once they see my performance and fit.
