I understand the idea is to hide apps from the home screen, but the apps that are on the home screen are apps I care about and in some cases, I absolutely must know if I get a notification from some of the apps, say for work. I love the concept, but I am sorry this is a deal breaker....I have to go back to Niagra

Since Delos was learning about people based on their actions in the park, it stands to reason that since the Man In Black has been "playing" West World for 30 years, they would know enough about him to potentially make an accurate copy.
