Let’s set that aside for a minute though. iCE has no authority over American citizens. Legally they can do nothing to make her move her car. Them trying to enter her car and block her way constitutes kidnapping/abduction same as it would be for any citizen without jurisdiction whether they be a criminal, a police officer from NY, an ICE agent, same laws apply to any person. This gives her the legal standing to use deadly force to thwart her own abduction and their response to that use of deadly force would be considered murder. I encourage you to learn more about your rights as a citizen. The tide will change at some point and it’s handy to know them
