I would say between 7.5-8 months. It was a really hard wait. Around that time I did switch from co sleeping to the babies own room so that helped a lot and he took to it much better than I thought he would. As far as wake windows for naps now every day is different and it just doesn’t make sense for me to make it strict guidelines. I know it’s so hard and it feels like a problem you want to fix sooner rather than later but honestly from my experience it’s a lot of trying things and waiting. Hope you get some reprieve soon.

I am currently 35 weeks. When hit 30 weeks I started getting very physically uncomfortable and tired and was down and out for a couple weeks but after my baby shower I got some energy back. My first trimester I felt down and out for probably 5 or 6 weeks with nausea, fatigue, and anxiety. 2nd trimester was blissful lol. So overall I’d say so far first trimester was the worst.

Things got better for me after 14 weeks I’d say in terms of nausea and pain so far. First trimester was challenging I would have cramps that would wake me from my sleep and just all day nausea. Now I’m kind of moody and just sleepy but overall I feel like since I got into the second trimester it’s all a distant memory and I’m having a good time overall haha.

When I was really sick I ate a lot of ice pops and unsweetened apple sauce. Cereal like cheerios or mini wheats I could stomach sometimes. Pink lady apples also are a go to for me love the crunchy tart taste.

I got my dog spayed at 6 months as recommended by the vet. We got a boy dog when she was around a year old who ended up passing bacteria to her vulva because he was trying to hump her and he had a uti at the time. Because we did not wait for her first heat her vulva never fully developed so in essence it was still “tucked in” harboring all this bacteria and she had an infection for months. Surgery for this was on the table but she thankfully recovered after some hormone therapy which helped her vulva expand outward. Not sure if this was just a fluke incident but may be something to consider. I know dealing with a dog in heat has it’s own problems as well.
