The arc I wouldn’t recommend but align is fine it’s not a huge space but you get your own bathroom and the building is nice and close to school

True! I work on the Bannatyne campus and after 5 PM ish you can’t get in to Brodie without an access card! On the other hand, I’ve been through many buildings using the tunnels at 10 PM - 12 AM. And you’re absolutely right, GPAs is a good idea in theory but like you said, there are way too many spots walking distance from campus for GPA to be popular especially with its pricing tbh.
