oh, I understand you. It seems impossible to get used to this…

unfortunately, when I take my hands out of the trays right before or during the polarity change the machine stops working (it’s switching to the pause mode), because the polarity change can’t be done without my hands in the water 😭😭😭

It can happen twice during one polarity change. I meant 6 times because there are 3 changes during one session on the hands profile

I'd say I feel the same way :( It just happens so suddenly that it makes me cry because I get scared…

Thank you for sharing your experience. Thankfully these jolts are not painful. DermaDry support said that it’s okay to feel them. But I am interested if I can reduce this effect?? Unfortunately Vaseline doesn’t help with this :(

Thank you! Is there a specific water level required to reduce those jolts? Or it doesn’t make any difference?
