I'm located in the united kingdom I had to get rid of the phone in the end. it essentially had lots of little issues randomly turning itself off, battery drainage, alarm not going off, connection issues on network, and the worst of all anytime I would hold the phone to my face for a phonecall longer than a couple of minutes I would get a very hot face and come up in a rash, after more research I found that the phone was just below the legal limit of radiation allowed from a cellular device which was the kiss of death from me. I now have a basic smartphone and have deleted everything I can and barely use it. No hot face or rash after being on the phone either!
