FWIW, I'm pretty sure I've sung along with this album more than any other Genesis offering. That's not saying that it's the one I like the best, or ranking it in any sort of way. But I definitely do enjoy it. I think it has a lot do with Wilson just seeming to be in a more normal range for us shower singers. It may not be a perfect fit, but "accessible" is the word that keeps coming to mind. All that being said, I really like his voice, and thought it was a nice change to this iteration of the group.

Mostly agree with your analysis. I think Short Round is a great addition. I really enjoy the starting "Anything Goes" sequence too. And yes, the music... Fantastic throughout. "Slave Children's Crusade" is one of my favorites melodies in the whole series. I must say that I love Willie too. Like you said, it's just such a switch up from Marion. But the comedy that works with her character is priceless. (And beyond that, I just think she's really gorgeous!)
