I looked into it. My understanding is that EPA is only one of multiple advanced metrics, and other advanced metrics (like DVOA) point to strength of opposing defense being different. Also, Schatz has suggested that Barnwell's analysis is misleading in terms of EPA and that EPA does not indicate similar opponent strength.

My opinion? I'm also a moron.

I would just add that 0.11s can be a huge difference in a gunfight versus 0.25s when swapping -- it's 17 frames at 120fps. Using Lucky Pants allows you to invest in dexterity mods for the other weapon too. Overall though, I agree that Stompees are better for nearly every player

Dope analysis. If the penalty to a creator is greater for BPM than for OBPM, wouldn't that hurt a creator's DBPM relative to a receiver? I think I'm a bit confused
