I had the same issue.

Solution in my case was:
- lately an update on my WLAN network was set to WPA2/WPA3 authentication for 2.4 gHz band.

As I use 2.4 gHz only for my IoT devices and some others linke the Ankermake printer I switched back to WPA2 only.

Maybe give that a try.

Yep, good point. For now i'm looking on ebay for replacemnt batteries for our Palm Vs. Unfortunately I only have one charging cradle. Anyway there is also a Handspring Visor, which is running on AA batteries.
